Reagency is a startup that uses house market data analysis to improve the way in which homes are bought, sold and marketed in the UK. It was established as a partnership between Chris, a consultant with fifteen years’ real estate experience, and his brother Jon, a data analytics expert based in Brazil.
Reagency currently operates across a number of cities in southern England. There are some amazing properties for sale in this part of the country, which allow buyers to live in good locations at a price they can afford. There are some great estate agents out there too, who never inflate a property valuation simply in order to win business. There are sellers of great properties, who only need to find the right agent and the right buyer in order to move up to the next rung of the ladder.
If the property market was perfect, buyers would find the best houses for them, sellers would get the right price for their homes and the hardest-working agents would earn the commission they deserve. We all know that that ideal description does not always apply – so Reagency is working to bring the market a little closer to perfection.
